Fumi Nishioka lives with Kyutaro Horikita and his family of "Sweepers，" people who specialize in cleaning the minds of those overcome by negative energy and harmful spirits。 Fumi has always displayed mysterious abilities， but will those powers be used for evil when she begins to truly awaken as a Queen？

When Kyutaro faces off against Seiryu Clan member Aoi Shinonome， he realizes how weak the snake inside him is。 He decides to let his snake eat some of his “wishes” in an attempt to grow significantly stronger， but will this dangerous gamble pay off？

Kyutaro allows the snake within him to eat one of his dreams; the snake thinks he's taken control of Kyutaro， but he's underestimated the power of the Queen。 Later， Aoi and his minions show up， and trap the Genbu group in Aoi's mind vault。 Aoi grabs Fumi amid the confusion， and takes her further into the vault， hoping to make her his sacrifice。 However， Kyutaro is hot on his heels， and the story ends at the start of a showdown between their snakes。 There was lots of action in this volume， and th Kyutaro allows the snake within him to eat one of his dreams; the snake thinks he's taken control of Kyutaro， but he's underestimated the power of the Queen。 Later， Aoi and his minions show up， and trap the Genbu group in Aoi's mind vault。 Aoi grabs Fumi amid the confusion， and takes her further into the vault， hoping to make her his sacrifice。 However， Kyutaro is hot on his heels， and the story ends at the start of a showdown between their snakes。 There was lots of action in this volume， and things got dark and twisty。 We got some flashes of Ranmaru's and Koichi's pasts， Itsuki's secret comes out， and we find out if Aoi can be saved。 The art was darker in this volume， setting the mood well。 And of course there's that cliffhanger ending to make us eager for the next volume！ Gahhhh！！！#QueensQualityVol12 #NetGalley 。。。more

This vol was a bit darker than the previous few and I enjoyed it sooooo much！！ Fumi and Kyutaro’s teamwork is impeccable I love them both so much！

I love this series but this was a confusing volume。 It would have been helpful to have a list the members of the Genbu and the Seiryu clans for reference。 Too many people look too similar and too many names。 I read this manga when a new volume is published not by the chapter so more information would be helpful in the story so far update。 Also， why list people in the Cast of Characters page if they do not appear in that volume。 The space should be used for characters in the volume。

The brilliance of this series is truly amazing。 The way the story and relationship between Fumi and Kyotaru is masterful， and the story keeps getting better。 I am so excited to see where the story goes from here。 This mangaka continues to be a favorite。 I have loved all 3 series from them that I have read， and will continue to get my hands on anything we get！
